I Might just be the only one reading this--which makes my posting here absolutely redundant; since I'm the one who already knows this shit, it's sorta like standing over the grates outside of mainstage and reading the production posters aloud. Oh well!
Just in case:
This upcoming weekend, the...4th-7th of March, Ashkahn Jahromi's directing debut, The Lonesome West, by Martin McDonagh, is playing at the Barn...8 pm each night, as per usual. The cast features Guy Zachary Gardner, Noah Averbach-Katz, Jeremy Helgeson and Emily Krakowsky.
Laziness sets in...Casey Hackmeyer, our Student Production Liason (the position formerly known as CUIP) is amazing and has created THIS: http://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=studenttaucsc%40gmail.com&ctz=America/Los_Angeles
So, if any alumnaieiae are every stopping through town, you can check on there and see if any shows are playing that weekend.
What else is new...Chautauqua plays got accepted, but not announced...I'd have to walk to the steno pool and copy down all the titles for you, and I'm not going to do that. Uh...Stop the Press! is going on in the eXspace now, too, and it's neat...it's a colloboration with Digital Arts and New Media, and it kinda WORKS (unlike a little show I like to call Subject BORING'S Confession, from 2 year's ago).
Shakes to Go this year is Love's Labor's Lost, directed by Danny Scheie, who's also undertaking Hair next quarter, while Jocelyn Schratter directs Mary Zimmerman's The Oddessy and Chautauqua flails on in the background...
